We know you can’t wait to get your Sunfolk Apparel order – so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping Rates

Flat rate standard shipping: $8.95 Australia-wide

Flat rate express shipping: $13.95

Free standard shipping: Orders over $150
Unfortunately, we don't offer International shipping at this point.
Estimated Shipping Times
We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible so your little adventurers can get outdoors, sun-safe and ready to play.
- Express Post: 1-5 business days once shipped
- Standard Post: 2-8 business days once shipped
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are dispatched from our HQ in Queensland, and shipping may take up to 8 days longer to rural/remote areas and West Coast areas.
How long will my order take to process?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

During busy periods (like product launches, restocks, Christmas) processing may take an extra day or two.
Reusable HeroPack Mailers
All orders are shipped in our home compostable Hero Packaging mailers. These are designed with a double adhesive strip so you can re-use the bag. Please open them carefully, following the printed instructions on the mailer. This way, if you need to make a return, you can reuse the same mailer and help us cut down on waste.
Changes To My Order
Once your order has been sent we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.
If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sunfolkapparel.com.au with the correct address and your order number. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to make any further changes or accept responsibility for delays in delivery or lost goods.
If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is correct.
Sunfolk Apparel will not be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once handed over to Australia Post, but we will always do our best to help in these circumstances to reach a positive outcome.
