Returns Made Simple

We know life with kids is unpredictable, sometimes the size isn’t quite right, sometimes they change their minds (again). That’s why we’ve made our returns process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Simply complete the form below, and we’ll email you a return postage label within 1-2 business days.

    • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
    • Item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Sunfolk Apparel has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
    • Please reuse our hero packaging mailer, just follow the tear strip instructions when opening your order - so you can reseal it in the case of a return.
    • Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. When processing your return through our portal, you will be charged a flat fee of $7.95 and a label will be generated for you and sent to you via email. The handling fee will be deducted from your refund when processed.
    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and check your return.
  • Need a different size or design? Easy! Just send us an email at hello@sunfolkapparel.com.au with your order details, and we’ll arrange your exchange directly.

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite right, please email us at hello@sunfolkapparel.com.au with photos and your order number.

    • For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover return postage and make things right with a replacement, or full refund — no stress, no extra cost.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • We’re mums too, so we get it... returns shouldn’t be another big task on your never-ending to-do list. That’s why we keep it simple, transparent, and eco-friendly (by reusing our hero mailers).

    By charging a small flat fee for change-of-mind returns, we can keep our prices fair for everyone, while still giving you peace of mind that sending something back will always be quick and easy.

    Because the less time spent on logistics, the more time you get back for park runs, backyard play, and maybe even a hot coffee.
